This cable is only required when using a newer JetKVM (purchased after May 2026) with an ATX Board or DC Power Board from an earlier production batch.
The 5-pin cable is included with the ATX Boards or DC Power boards, not with the JetKVM unit itself. Newer ATX Boards and DC Power Boards already include this cable and do not require a separate purchase.
